The Half Portrait
This project consisted in completing a photo of you. We cut a photo of our face in the middle. Then we took the pencil and finished the picture so it was a half portrait. We had to copy the half of the photo that was cut off and it was perfect. After we finished drawing the half of the picture we shadowed it perfectly so that it looked great. The goal of this project was to lear how to make correct shadows and how to perform them correctly
This project was very fun and it was really easy. I enjoyed doing this project and I found it quite relaxing. The hard part of drawing was the part of applying the shadows because you didn’t know where to put them and hoe to make them look real. In conclusion this project was easy, fun, relaxing and I learned how to shadow my own face, in a kind of way.
